How to Track your Order

Free Shipping All Orders To Worldwide From Asia warehouse Hong Kong or Singapore or EMS/USPS(only shipping to USA), orders will be shipped out wthin 24 hours(Except in exceptional circumstances).

Please don't worry after you get the tracking No. but cannot track firstly! And it usually takes 7-14 business days for the parcel to reach your side normally but it's depending on Country.

There are some ORDERS STATUSES which you should know:

EC-Pending: It means the credit card payment should take several hours to confirm the finally status by us. As there are many fraud from internet. Thanks for your kind understanding! 

EC-failed: It means the credit card payment is failed. Please make sure your billing address is match with your creidt card number,make sure your credit card is not declined by your own issue bank and also available for the international transaction . We recommmend you try it again after your failed payment by credit card.

EC-Processing/Processing: it means we have received your order and the order is in processing and under being shipped out within 24 hours.

Shipped: it means the order has been collected by the courier, and you can track the order info from the courier's official site, and if no info please wait patiently for the courier update it.
